And then it all fell apart.
From my first day of cosmetology school I immediately fell in love with hair. As soon as I enrolled, I got a job at the front desk of the best salon in my hometown. When I graduated, I quickly got swept up in cuts & colors.
I was actually pretty horrible at coloring, and no one would trust me with scissors near their hair. My salon put me on probation because so many clients were complaining about their services. So I decided to quit to do the “normal” route and go to college since hair was clearly NOT working out.
That’s when the wedding industry found me;
And now I have serviced over 750 weddings and fell in love with running a business that connected me with so many wonderful people (LIKE YOU!)
I started doing weddings at the local blow dry bar every weekend. I was on their travel team & started posting my hair and makeup looks to Instagram. When I received my first wedding inquiry on my own, I was elated that they wanted ME to do their glam. But when I had no idea how to actually book them, I knew I messed up somewhere. This led me to building my own website for couples to inquire and perfecting my wedding communications.
